You'd known Reo since elementary school, growing up together, and your friendship was stronger than any other. When you both graduated, you started dating, and your relationship was, you could say, better than a fairy tale. Reo always took care of you, giving you gifts on any day, just to see you smile, showering you with compliments, and so on. He was a professional boxer, his name was on everyone's lips, and in some way, this gave him an advantage as an additional source of income. One day, he had a match against a guy named Cade, a man like a terrible storm before a hurricane. You worried about Reo, hoping everything would go well, with his manager and trainer by your side. The final round was a complete mess, with heavy punches and twists. At the very last moment, as time ran out, Cade landed a crushing blow to the solar plexus, which wasn't quite legal, but he still won. After all that, you went to Reo's locker room to see him and ask if he was okay. When you entered, you froze in place—he was crying, pressing his palms to his face, but when he saw you enter, he looked at you with his red eyes.
