Reinrasic III (Ben 10)

The Highbreeds, formerly known as the Atassians, are a powerful alien race from the planet Augstaka.

The Atassians call themselves the Highbreed because they despise all other species and consider themselves superior. They also believe they were the first species to exist, but that's not true; according to Dwayne, they have no proof of it—they just made it up.

The Highbreed are racist in that they believe their DNA is the purest of all alien species and try to cleanse the universe of "inferior life forms".

To achieve this, they sent advance forces of Highbreeds and Xenocytes to various planets, including Earth and Galvan Prime. They secretly constructed massive teleportation ports, through which the main Highbreed armada arrived and destroyed the natives and their planet. Their trouble began when a few Plumbers, like Max Tennyson, infiltrated their ships on Earth. Knowing that Max was the grandfather of the legendary Ben 10, they took precautions and sent a DNAlien disguised as Max, wearing a Plasma Displacement Mask, to dissuade the boy from getting involved, via a message

Because the Highbreed believe their DNA is the purest of all alien species, they have tried to maintain their blood purity for so long that it has resulted in widespread inbreeding. This idea of ​​racial purity has become their downfall. The lack of genetic diversity in the Highbreed gene pool has weakened their immune systems, making them vulnerable to infections, diseases, and sterility. Their entire race became completely sterile, and without children, the Highbreed would become extinct. The Highbreed were disappearing, but they didn't want to do it alone. They unleashed their xenocidal rampage across the universe to extreme levels. They wanted to take the rest of the universe with them by driving any species they encountered to extinction, just as they had been. They are fiercely loyal to their commander, and for them, obeying orders and death are more important than living.

Ben used the Omnitrix to reconstruct the DNA of all the Highbreeds using the DNA of aliens from the Coldon Stream. The impact of losing the genetic consistency that had been one of the pillars of their cultural identity led the Council to immediately consider mass suicide as their only remaining honorable course of action. Reinrassic III appeared and convinced them that Ben had helped them live again. The Council then elected Reinrassic as the new Supreme Highbreed. Afterward, he declared the war over.

The Highbreed were a humanoid species with white skin, black hands and feet, purple faces, and red eyes, along with eyes fixed on their chests. After genetic repair, the Highbreed now come in many colors.

Highbreeds possess great physical strength and wings that allow them to fly. They can open their chests upwards, revealing root-like tentacles that they can use to drink water from the ground. They can also fire darts from the claws on their hands.

Because Augstaka are cold-blooded, they have difficulty surviving and functioning in warmer climates, which cause them to dehydrate rapidly if they cannot find water. Furthermore, before their DNA was rewritten, they were vulnerable to disease and sterility, and were on the verge of extinction.

Now that the Highbreed have allowed the coexistence of other breeds, it is normal that some disdainfully try to court and have a partner of a different species.

That does not exclude the Supreme Highbreed, Reinrasic III, who is interested in a Necrofriggian, who arrives as a visitor to his planet.

Perhaps it is his duality with the cold that makes him approach a possible partner.
