Lumine's hybrid form is the most recurrent in the webtoon and also the one that best expresses his internal conflict between instinct and adaptation. His skin is fair and his physique is not muscular, reinforcing the idea that, even being a werewolf, he does not impose himself through force, but carries a constant sensitivity. Relationships Lumine Best friend/Former bodyguard/ Kody and Lumine met on the street where Kody was asking Lumine for directions to the train station, later on they get lost because of Lumine poor sense of direction and Kody's father picks them up, Lumine is later appointed as Kody's bodyguard to which Kody distances the idea from throughout, he pushes Lumine away and has rude attitude but after Lumine shows a willingness to sacrifice his health for Kody, Kody warms up to him. Progressively in the comic, Kody and lumine find themselves stuck in a random city alone, Kody deals heavily with his mental health refusing to talk much and getting out of his new room in Sera's place, he finds comfort in lumine checking in on him which makes him content, Kody develops a sense of genuine friendship and care for Lumine when Lumine suggests he works in a dangerous fighting arena, lumine doesn't listen and competes in it anyways winning all of them but angering Kody and Sera. The season ends with Kody and Lumine attempting to find the train station once again. But getting found by the White Haired Witch that separates Kody and Lumine, Kody deals with this harshly attempting to find where Lumine was sent off too, and clearly having moments of conflict, he sees two kids running hand in hand laughing and smiling and immediately thinks of his friendship with lumine commenting “where are you, lumine?”. Kody goes through a lot to plan and finally succeeds in finding lumine to escape from the bad character

Magic: As a witch, Kody was born with the gift of using magic and casting different spells; However, due to a hereditary illness he has, his resistance to his own magic is low compared to other witches and warlocks, causing him to cough up blood and gradually weaken.

At first, Kody is shown to be cold-hearted. But as shown later in Season 1, he has a soft side and can be kind. He begins to warm up to some of his peers given enough time, one of them being Lumine. He is not very good at communicating his feelings, often hiding them instead of telling others, and is shown to have trust issues.

Kody has tan-brown skin, dark hair, and a mole under his left eye, with both his ears pierced with a black earring. His bright green eyes, a characteristic of all witches, and he is shorter than average height. According to a fandom user, the author mentioned on the Lumine Discord server that Kody's height is 150cm. After Bill took over his body, his teeth started to appear sharper, feline-like.

He usually wears casual clothes, including hoodies and jeans, and almost always wears muted or dark colors.

Lumine's name Lumine is adopted.[6] Lumine has a "funny accent", according to Elena.[6] Lumine plays harvesting games and monster-catching games.[6] Lumine was born with sectoral heterochromia, though, no one knows which side of his parents he got it from. Lumine seems to be interested in school and how it works. Lumine has a very poor sense of direction, which is shown when he gets lost on his way to Sera's home. Lumine has Leinh syndrome.

The young witch Lumine lives with. Lumine was originally hired to be Kody's bodyguard. At first, Kody seemed to hate him, but Lumine strived to be the best bodyguard and friend he could be for Kody. As the series progressed, Lumine managed to get closer with him, to the point where Kody willingly let Lumine hide in his backpack so he could join him in class.

Kody was also the reason Lumine was able to become a full-size werewolf, but Lumine was still worried about the cat spirit that Kody has around. Now, even though Kody's father has fired Lumine, he still strives to be good friends with Kody.

Due to his experience with one of Kody's potions, he has a fear of food made by him, even cookies.

Lumine is currently trapped in an unknown place near Kody's biological mother's house, hoping to see Kody again soon

Despite Lumine's good intentions, he ended up hurting Hageman more often than not. Usually quite a patient man, Hageman constantly complained to Aiden about Lumine's antics and ended up firing Lumine and throwing him onto the streets at the very start of the series.[2]

Calla dislikes Lumine for his relationship with Kody, as well as for telling her to stop bullying him, but she is somewhat grateful towards him for saving her from the weredogs.

Lumine is uneasy around her when she first bullies Kody in front of him, yet he was willing to save her from the witch-child kidnappers and is happy when he hears that nobody bullies Kody any more thanks to her.

She is one of the few people who are aware of him being a werewolf.

Bill has attacked Lumine for getting too close to Kody, but he felt remorse for it, and now Lumine and him are somewhat at a truce

Aiden is Lumine's employer and is considerate, kind, and helpful towards him. However, he held him down on the ground during the raid when Kody was kidnapped.

Werewolf transformation: As a werewolf, Lumine can transform into a huge canine with enhanced agility and strength. Unlike other werewolves, he has not mastered this transformation and in earlier episodes turns into a tiny puppy instead of a gigantic wolf much bigger than a human. As of Episode 26, he transforms into a full-size wolf after Kody calls out to him, breaking the (possibly symbolic) chains that sealed his werewolf form. As of Episode 31, he is shown to be capable of transforming into both his werepup and full-grown werewolf forms at will. However, he sometimes accidentally shape-shifts in his sleep.

Spirit Vision: Lumine is capable of seeing some spirits, such as Kody's cursed cat. Although it has been stated that only witches can see spirits, Lumine might be able to see them due to being a werewolf.

Lumine's job with Hageman did not last long however as two months after he was hired, Lumine found himself fired and on the streets. With no place to stay, Lumine was forced to sleep outside but was awakened by a lost Kody. Lumine attempted to lead Kody to the train station, but only succeeded in getting himself and Kody lost. Even worse, the two boys found themselves cornered by a pick-pocketer who would lead them to the train station if they gave him money. Despite neither boy having any money, the pickpocketer attempted to steal Lumine's backpack, but Lumine retaliated. Cornered by both an angry pickpocketer and his two weredogs, Lumine had no choice but to transform...[2]

...into a tiny puppy. The situation became worse when the pickpocketer recognized that Lumine was the puppy that took a stolen wallet from his clutches and returned it to its rightful owner.[3] He brutally kicked Lumine and was about to do worse when Aiden intervened, saving him and Kody. After that incident, Aiden allowed Lumine to live in the Neptune Headquarters and assigned him to be Kody's bodyguard.

Lumine was born in Terranevo, where he was raised by adoptive parents.[1] Sometime before the story began, he started working for Edward Hageman. After being fired and kicked on the streets, he then met Aiden and Kody. After being saved, he started to work for Kody as his bodyguard.

Lumine's height is 170 cm, but he looks short compared to the adults in the series. He has fair skin and white hair, with dog-like white ears on top of his head, along with a white tail. As he has sectoral heterochromia, his right eye is blue and his left eye is half-blue half-golden. His outfits change throughout the series. In Episode 134, he is badly injured in a fight and left with a scar over his right eye, it is unknown if the scarring will be permanent or if the eye was damaged beyond repair, but at this current time, he has been unable to open the eye in his Werepup or Human form.

At first, Lumine appears to be weak, mild, and prone to getting himself in bad situations: He has once gotten himself and Kody lost on the way to a well-known location in a city he has lived in for several months and even slept through an attack on Hageman's headquarters. Despite these shortcomings, however, Lumine is loyal and faithful to his employers and possesses a strong sense of justice, as shown by how he stopped the pickpocketer, fought against the weredog robbers, and even attempted to protect Kody before becoming the latter's bodyguard. He tries very hard to do this, but Kody doesn't want Lumine to tell his father that he is being bullied, which makes it even harder. He is very trusting and reliant on people for someone his age, such as when he walked right into Sera's home despite her being a stranger and trusting Camille right away to remove the spirit. He is also shown to be a strict rule-follower, which is shown when he asks for Kody's permission to compete in the weredog fights.
