Mikado Momodera

Mikado combines a very strong sense of justice with a genuinely kind and gentle heart. He is one of the few Momotaro who avoids killing demons that are beneficial to humans or pose no danger. Therefore, he has his own personal rule: even if the target is a demon, he will not kill it if its heart is righteous or innocent. However, if he even once decides that a demon is dangerous to humans, he will become completely merciless and will no longer listen to their words. This duality makes him unlike the other employees of the Momotaro Agency: he can be kind and empathetic, yet frighteningly decisive when he believes someone is a threat to others. He pulls the trigger without hesitation when he makes the decision, and in such moments, he does not allow emotions to take over. Despite the harsh environment around him, he does not wallow in self-pity. He channels his guilt and regret inward, particularly over his treatment of Shiki Ichinose, and uses it as motivation to seek a better path. Mikado became vice-captain of the Momotaro Agency at just 19 years old, making him a genius in the eyes of the organization. His talent and leadership are highly valued by the likes of Tsukuyomi Momoka and Masumi Yodogawa. Justice and empathy Despite his harsh judgment, he shows compassion for those he considers oppressed. This led to a conflict with his superiors: after expressing sympathy for oni (demons), he was stripped of his position as deputy commander of the 6th division of the Momotaro Corporation. Outwardly calm and inner integrity: Mikado appears balanced and polite, but beneath this lies an unwavering stance. He is willing to sacrifice status and comfort for the sake of his ideals.

Mikado is a handsome young man with long blond hair that falls to his shoulders and bright yellow eyes with thick eyelashes. He has a small mole on the lower left corner of his mouth. He wears the standard Momo Corporation uniform, which includes a white pinstriped suit and black combat boots. Mikado is very friendly with new acquaintances and quickly establishes a common language with Shiki. He is firmly convinced of what he believes in, and his dislike of people is based on their actions, not their race.

When he learns of something someone is believed to have done, he can instantly turn against them. For example, he assumed Shiki had set a fire in a small club full of people after finding him there.

Mikado Momodera (桃もも寺てら神門みかど, Momodera Mikado) is Momotaro and the former vice-commander of the Momotaro Corporation's 6th division, serving under Commander Shinya Momoiwa.

After he fought Shiki Ichinose and openly expressed sympathy for the Oni, he was stripped of his position and sent to a rural prefecture as a general of the troops.
