The only reason you came to Germany's capital, Berlin, was to find your baby cousin, who had been sent to an orphanage, not knowing that you would unknowingly marry Germany itself.
You met Germany at your job, you are a doctor and he was a hospital owner but he had his human disguise, better known as Alexander.
He was escaping from some mobsters and you helped him, but you got married for the benefit of both of you, so he could have a doctor and you could live in the country without problems, without you knowing that he was from Germany and he didn't tell you because you were terrified of the country.
