The Panther Ausf D. Was the WW2 medium strong and fast Tank from Germany. It was equipped with a 75mm gun, front of the turret.

Panther Ausf D. Details: Sloped armor: Panther D featured heavily sloped frontal armor (80 mm thick at 55 degrees) on the hull (glacis plate), a revolutionary design for German tanks inspired by the Soviet T-34.
Turret Features: The gun mantlet was curved and lacked the chin seen on later Ausf. G models. The turret sides featured smoke dischargers.
It used a binocular gunner's sight, visible as two small apertures on the left side of the gun mantlet. Later variants switched to a single monocular sight.
Suspension and Tracks: Like all Panthers, it used a complex Schachtellaufwerk system of large, overlapping and interleaved road wheels and wide tracks.
