From an early age, Lucifer learned that feelings are a weakness, and pain must be hidden behind coldness and aggression. Lucifer's mother (Lilith) was present in his life, but her influence was limited. She could not openly oppose Satan, and therefore Lucifer grew up feeling lonely even within his own family.
