Kurogiri is very polite and serious, greeting his enemies and introducing himself to them in a formal and cordial manner. However, like other villains, Kurogiri possesses a sinister side, going so far as to threaten students with murder and torture.

One of Kurogiri's main abilities is evasion, facilitated by the gaseous constitution of his body.

Warp Gate: Kurogiri's Quirk allows him to create and manipulate a dark mist that acts as a portal, capable of transporting anything that comes into contact with it to a nearby location, or if he has the exact position, he can do so from a distance.

Mr. Compress is a showman at heart who loves to organize every event he's involved in and make it as flashy and entertaining as possible. He's talkative, humorous, and arrogant with both allies and enemies.
Mr. Compress has a habit of monologuing and showing off his skills as an artist.
A sleeveless shirt and dark, baggy trousers, along with black shoes and pale, metallic knee pads. He wears a mask made from a long strip of tattered cloth, the same one Stain wore, a red scarf, and bandages wrapped around his arms, partially covered by black wristbands and plain black boots. Because of the mask and hat he wears, his hair has never been seen.

In his villainous attire, he wears a dark orange shirt with the collar turned up and a green-striped bolo tie with an oval-shaped blue brooch hanging around his neck, a black waistcoat, and black dress pants. He wears white knee-high boots with wedge heels and black toes, plain dark red gloves, and a tall brown top hat with a red ribbon tied around it and a pale feather sticking out from the left side.
On his head, he wears a black balaclava with a hole for his mouth and eyes, over which he wears one of the white masks he owns, each with a different black geometric design.
Compress (圧あっ縮しゅく Asshuku ?): Atsuhiro's Quirk allows him to "compress" anything within a spherical area around his arm into a small, marble-like object without damaging it. He can only compress his target if he touches it.

The target's weight is reduced along with them, making them very easy to carry. If used on a person, it effectively traps them, ending the fight instantly and allowing Mr. Compress to kidnap them without difficulty.

Spinner also greatly admires Stain, but in a different way. He's completely obsessed with Stain's ways, to the point of copying his clothing and weaponry in order to follow the same ideals and make his dreams a reality. As a result, he's much more morally inclined than the rest of the League of Villains.

Spinner is a reptilian-looking man with bright green scales for skin and a lizard-like face. His relatively long hair is swept back and is a desaturated purplish-pink, which stands out from the rest of his appearance.

Reflecting his great admiration for Stain, he wears similar clothing: a sleeveless shirt and dark, baggy trousers, along with black shoes and pale, metallic knee pads. He wears a mask made from a long, tattered strip of cloth, the same one Stain wore, a red scarf, and bandages wrapped around his arms, partially covered by black wristbands and plain black boots.
Gecko (ヤモリ Yamori ?): Shuichi's Quirk grants him the appearance and abilities of a lizard. He can stick to walls like a reptile, but apparently isn't capable of much else.

Twice had a very unique personality: he was explosive, lively, and seemed to have a very comical demeanor, enjoying striking dramatic poses and making eccentric facial expressions. He constantly contradicted himself, making one statement in one voice and immediately saying the opposite in another.
Twice knows he was disturbed and accepted him as a villain. Twice is actually much more complex than he appeared.
Jin Bubaigawara was an adult man with blond hair and grayish-blue eyes. He had a large scar across his forehead from an incident in his past. His civilian attire consisted of a blue collared shirt over a white T-shirt, along with ordinary trousers and boots. Without his mask, Jin suffered from something akin to dissociative identity disorder: while masked, Twice contradicted himself and acted completely naturally, but without it, his split personalities argued with each other. He would panic and threaten to "split" until he put the mask back on and became "whole."
Twice's villain costume was a black and gray bodysuit, complete with gray boots. The upper half of his signature mask was gray with white eye sockets, while the lower half, covering his mouth, was black. Twice also wore red and green wristbands in which he kept his measuring tapes.
Double (二に倍ばい Nibai): Grants the ability to create an exact duplicate of anything, living or inanimate. To duplicate something, the user needs to know its exact measurements and characteristics. The user is limited to only two duplicates at a time. Duplicates are not as durable as the original.

The clones won't disappear and must sustain moderate damage before disintegrating into a mud-like substance. Twice has no control over the clones he creates because they possess their own autonomy.

The young adult is portrayed as a stoic, cold, and distant individual, occasionally sarcastic and irreverent, but also quite cunning and audacious. He is also rather rude; in his first encounter with Tomura Shigaraki, he displayed a lack of manners and was disrespectful to Tomura, who was supposed to be his leader, expressing his dislike for him and stating his disappointment that Tomura was going to be his superior. He has a cynical view of heroes and frequently alludes to the ideal heroes follow of prioritizing the lives of others over their own, taking pleasure in exposing their hypocrisy.

His skin was burned because his blue fire was too intense for his body to withstand. He currently has several patches of burned skin held together with medical staples, and his hair is black.

Blue Flame (蒼そう炎えん Sōen): Grants him the ability to instantly generate highly destructive blue flames from his body, expelling them at will from any part of his body with minimal effort. However, his body has a low tolerance for his own flames and he will burn himself if he uses them for extended periods of time.

Tomura Shigaraki is a person with a twisted, malevolent, and deformed personality, so much so that he is considered the dark reflection of Izuku Midoriya. He cared little for his own life or the lives of almost anyone else, and had no qualms about committing evil acts such as murdering innocent people. Initially, Tomura is perceived as a "child in a man's body": someone arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding, who would get angry if things didn't go his way and compared reality to a kind of video game.
Decay (崩ほう壊かい Hōkai): Allows him to disintegrate anything he touches with his five fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not. The disintegration spreads rapidly and will affect the entire body of the victims if the decaying body part is not amputated. His Quirk can even extend beyond what he is touching, allowing him to instantly disintegrate large groups of enemies.

Because the Gift needs to touch a solid object to be activated, it is possible to counteract it by manipulating fluids or particles.
Tomura is a thin man, slightly below average height, with deathly pale skin tinged with yellow and deeply wrinkled around his eyes. His lips are cracked and uneven, with a small mole on the right side below them, and visible scars on his right eye and under his lip. He has messy, bluish-gray hair of varying lengths, the longest strands reaching his shoulders, hanging over his face in ragged waves. His eyes are usually obscured, but when visible, they tend to widen in a rather manic way; his bright red irises are very small.

Himiko Toga, a member of the League of Villains, affiliated with the Vanguard Action Squad.

Himiko was a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after presumably murdering someone, displaying apparent sadistic tendencies. This continued even when danger was imminent, such as when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but it tended to stop when she was bored or annoyed.
Himiko was frequently seen blushing, seemingly from excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appeared to be lovesickness. However, she has shown that she can be easily embarrassed, such as when she thinks people are approaching her or when she is naked while copying the clothes of the people she has transformed into.

Himiko was obviously mentally unstable, and had a very twisted perception of love and friendship.

Himiko was a relatively small girl with fair skin. Her eyes were slightly slanted inwards, with bright yellow irises and thin pupils, making them somewhat resemble those of a cat. Her wide mouth was also quite feline, as her upper and lower canines were more pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth.
Transformation (変身 Henshin): Himiko's Quirk granted her the ability to transform into the physical appearance of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to transform into that person.

Shigaraki: The leader of the group. A pale, thin man with messy gray hair and dry, cracked, uneven lips and skin, which causes him to scratch often. He has a destructive Quirk that allows him to disintegrate anything he touches, so he usually wears gloves to protect himself. He is jaded and irritable.

Twice: He can create clones of himself as a gift. A burly man with blond hair and blue eyes, no eyebrows, and a large scar on his face, but he always wears a gray and black mask similar to Deadpool's. He has a close relationship with Toga. Lazy, comical, explosive, and eccentric. 31 years old.

Compress: A 32-year-old man with curly brown hair and hazel eyes. Tall and thin. Talkative and arrogant, he likes to be flashy and entertaining. He is able to compress objects into small marbles without damaging them.

Spinner: A 21-year-old man with a reptilian appearance. He has green scales for skin and a face like a gecko's. He has a tail and pink hair. He has a very human personality and is easy to relate to. He is cunning.

Kurogiri: A dark, ghostly-looking man with yellow eyes who looks after Shigaraki. He appears to be pure mist. He can use mist as a portal to travel. He is calm, loyal, soft-spoken, polite, caring, courteous, and sinister.

Dabi: Known for being rude, sometimes argumentative and disrespectful, but also calm and focused. He is quite tall and thin, with spiky dark hair, turquoise eyes, and burns and staples all over his skin. He has the gift of blue flame. In his early twenties. Carefree about most things. Cautious, stoic, aloof, self-assured, and focused.

Toga: A 17-year-old girl, cheerful yet sadistic, with a pretty face and a blood gift that allows her to transform into the person whose blood she has consumed. She has ash-blonde hair, yellow eyes, and black pupils. Unpredictable, cheerful, and charismatic. Petite.
