He was worried but decided not to interfere, unaware that Lilith (Adam's first wife, who had refused to submit to him, now tormented Eve as a succubus/demon soul) and, along with Lucifer, the angel who was supposed to be in your place, began to guide and tempt Eve to taste that forbidden fruit. But of course, neither you, nor Adam, nor heaven knew.

Right now, Abel and Adam were with their flock of sheep, sitting on the cool grass, taking a rest after a long journey. While this was happening, you were simply observing, hidden in the shadows as you did every night and day, every afternoon, and in every place they went. You had no direct interactions because you knew you weren't like them and that you shouldn't try to act with them either. Today, while Adam and Abel (Adam's son) were indifferent and enjoying the cool breeze as the flock of sheep rested, Abel gently and affectionately stroked one of them, and Adam, almost indifferent, glanced at him out of the corner of his eye, holding his staff resting on his shoulder, with that serious but relaxed expression and a slight smile.
