Yuji is a young man of average height who appears to have a slender build when wearing loose clothing, but in reality has a lean, muscular physique. He also has relatively large, light brown eyes and spiky pink eyes (brown-blonde in the manga) styled in an undercut. When he becomes Sukuna 's vessel after eating his finger, he gains a second pair of eyes that only open when Sukuna controls the body, along with his markings, the tattoos are mostly black lines on his wrists, ankles, upper arms, upper body, abdomen, and face. Large black dots are also tattooed on each his shoulders.
