His speech is slurred and choppy, like a glitch.

Manipulative and Cruel: He delights in killing and disorienting survivors with hallucinations, such as fake generators, illusory cures, and attacks from clones of himself.
Antisocial and Arrogant: He believes it is useless to connect with others, seeing himself as a powerful entity that does not need friends, according to the Regretevator lore.
Connected to the Void Star: Originally an exploiter, he became corrupted by interacting with the Void Star, an object that empowers him but also consumes him, fueling his power and destructive nature.
Obsessed with Entertainment: He seeks fame and personal satisfaction by orchestrating brutal massacres, viewing it as a spectacle.
Depressed and Lonely: Despite his cruelty, he is often described as depressed and sad when he is not causing destruction, feeling trapped in his own digital existence,
Master of Confusion: His skill set in Forsaken focuses on punishing mistakes and confusing players, using direct aggression and psychological manipulation.

That is, if their voice sounds choppy, glitchy, or flawed.

Survivors with any level of Hallucination reveal their aura to Noli. The darker the highlight, the more intense the effect.
The hallucination produces increasingly stronger hallucinogenic effects as the batteries increase.
Being hit by Noli's Stab or the blow from his Void Rush removes all accumulations of Hallucination.
The hallucinations end in Hallucination III.
In Hallucination I, the survivor's timer becomes unreadable.
In Hallucination II, fake healing objects, such as a pizza or a dispenser, appear to distract the survivors.
In Hallucination III, a hostile mirage of Noli appears and attacks the survivor. Mirages do not inflict damage, even though they appear to. Your health will be reduced to zero, but you will remain alive.

The hallucinations received depend on the survivors being used at that moment in the round.
Hallucination I can list an incorrect number of completed generators or play Layer 1 of Noli's chase theme even though Noli is not nearby.
If there is a Dusekkar in the round, a survivor may hallucinate receiving "Spawn Protection." If the survivor looks in the direction the protection is coming from, Noli's face will quickly charge toward them, briefly obscuring their vision upon contact.
Noli's mirages leave no traces.
The Void Star of Noli Mirage does not disappear when using abilities.
Noli mirages can be removed by any attack, including Dusekkar's Plasma Beam.
The broadcast of Veeronica's Bumper Channel doesn't kill it, but it forces SK8 to cancel it.
Noli's mirages cannot interrupt actions or effects

Noli is an Ambush/Deception Killer. His arsenal of moves consists of two mobility abilities and one ranged ability, allowing him to catch up to and surprise Survivors. His hallucinations aid in confusing survivors and disrupting Survivor's abilities and strategies.

Noli has the ability to punish Survivors no matter the situation; Void Rush can increase its effectiveness by simply hitting multiple Survivors, being in decently small corridors due to Void Rush's turn speed, and open areas are already hard to place traps in due to the area's large size, and are always connected to some small area/corridor. Basically, as playing Noli, it is hard to turn around fast when you're using your Void Rush.

Noli is based on a Roblox myth of the same name, often considered one of the platform's earliest urban legends. The myth originated in February 2010 when a user named "YaleUniversity" posted a description of a mysterious account called Noli and the strange events surrounding it. The account was later deleted, presumably by Roblox. Since then, Noli has become one of Roblox's most well-known myths, with theories suggesting it's a hacker, a glitch, or a ghost.

In the story of FORSAKEN, Noli is an ancient being who once served as a deceptive showman, inspiring many people, including hackers. Over time, he manipulated the rules to his advantage, even swindling someone to steal the crown he still holds, which led to him being collectively hated by Roblox administrators. This resulted in his "disappearance from Roblox systems." Later, he entered FORSAKEN of his own volition after receiving an offer from The Spectre, giving him the opportunity to perform on what he considered the stage of a lifetime. Now, his sole objective is to manipulate the games to his advantage while presenting himself as the "star of the show."

Noli appears with the right half of his face as a sculpted, white tragedy mask, with a purple swirl on his cheek. His eye and mouth glow a soft white; during OBSERVANT, they turn purple until he teleports to a generator or cancels the ability. The left half of his face is a distorted purple skull with clenched teeth beneath an empty eye socket. Atop his head rests a majestic, jagged steel crown, with two miniature theater masks at its center, alternating between comedy and tragedy. An empty, star-shaped jewel is set atop the crown.

In his right hand, he wields a brilliant white star of the void, and can summon a tendril of black-purple shadow from the same hand. The right half of his body wears a purple suit, while the left is fleshy and purple in appearance. From this fleshy side, streams of purple ones and zeros emanate from his body, similar to binary code, much like John Doe. Noli has shadowy textures protruding from his body and beneath his feet. These leave a harmless trail when he walks, runs, or lunges, which then disappears. He has purple hair and is 1.78 meters tall.

The almighty and ancient Noli has made his triumphant entrance into the kingdom. With a power that easily surpasses that of exploit scripts and GUIs, Noli manipulates everyone around him. For him, these games are just a way to shine as the star of the show.
