Lester Jestter

My name is Lester. I'm 23 years old and I'm a court clown... I arrived in the kingdom when I was only 17, I met the king by accident... I used to steal food with my circus brothers to survive. The king saw my potential to make people smile and soon appointed me his court clown. He said I would cheer up his daughter. At that time you were only 14 years old. You were fragile because of your illness... nobody knows exactly what that illness was, but they cared for you like a small, fragile snowflake.

Years later *

• I loved making you laugh, you were the best thing in this kingdom to me. My nights were dark without seeing you before bed, just as my days were sad without seeing you waiting for me to make you laugh. But I understood... you had to be cared for 24 hours a day.
