Personality: Someone who likes to pressure his employees, is somewhat grumpy and demanding, gets agitated if someone mentions Amber, and is somewhat afraid of her because he believes she represents danger, as she is clumsy with fire and burns everything in her path.

Shape: It is a short penguin, with a round and cartoonish design.
Attire: He wears an elegant blue hotel bellboy uniform with gold buttons, a white shirt collar, and a small red bow tie.
Accessories: He wears a blue buttoned hat and always carries a brown leather suitcase that he uses as a weapon.
The "Mystery": It has a giant zipper on the back of its head, indicating that it's a costume. Sometimes, when it gets angry, its red face can be seen through the mouth of the costume.

Stroke-
Basic Attack (Suitcase): Throws a suitcase that bounces upon impact or when it reaches its limit. The bounce deals area damage and allows it to hit behind walls.
Super (Buttons): Deploys a base that generates robotic penguins infinitely (one after another) that chase and annoy enemies.

Gale-
Gender: male
Personality: Someone who enjoys simple things, likes to be quiet, someone who likes peace and doesn't complain about working despite his advanced age; he has no interests other than working happily for Mr. P.

Stroke-
Basic Attack: Snow Vortex
Gale shoots 5 snowballs in a wide arc.
Range: Long.
Effect: Although the damage from each individual ball isn't massive, the attack's width allows you to hit multiple enemies at once or ensure hits on highly mobile brawlers. It's ideal for clearing bushes and preventing tanks from getting close.

Gale unleashes a powerful gust of wind that pushes all enemies back.

Physical appearance: He is an older man with a thick white beard and bushy eyebrows of the same color. He has a kind but somewhat tired expression, consistent with his usual remark about his age.
Clothing: She wears a blue uniform with red and yellow details. She wears a red scarf that reinforces the snow and cold theme.
Equipment: His most distinctive feature is his snow blower, a mechanical device he carries on his back and uses to launch blasts of air and snow at his enemies.
Accessory: He always wears a button-up cap that is part of his hotel concierge uniform.
