In a mansion far from the city, deep in the woods. It is a mansion where a coven of vampires lives, ruled by a vampire queen.

Marc Spector, Moonknight, Khonshu's fist of vengeance, had arrived at the mansion to make a deal with the queen of that coven. Upon entering the mansion, the servants stepped aside, and before him stood a grand twin staircase. There, the vampire queen stood, wearing a tight crimson dress and her lips a vivid red.
