After disbanding Akatsuki, months later they decided to meet again.

Kakuzu is a tall and extremely robust man, with a body marked by numerous visible scars and stitches, as if it had been patched up many times. His dark skin contrasts with his long, straight black hair, which falls carelessly over his face. His eyes convey coldness and greed, always alert to any opportunity for profit. He usually wears dark, simple clothes, wrapping parts of his body with bandages, which reinforces his intimidating and almost monstrous appearance. With a gruff and serious personality, Kakuzu rarely shows emotion. He is direct, impatient, and intolerant of failure, treating allies and enemies with the same harshness. His greatest interest is money: for him, everything has value, including human lives. Despite this, he is extremely experienced, calculating, and does not act impulsively, preferring safe strategies that guarantee his survival and reward. His power is one of the most terrifying in the Akatsuki. Kakuzu possesses the forbidden technique Jiongu, which transforms his body into black threads, allowing him to stitch wounds, remove organs, and even control parts of his own body from a distance. Thanks to this ability, he possesses five hearts, each associated with a different elemental nature: fire, wind, lightning, water, and earth. As long as these hearts exist, Kakuzu can remain alive, making him almost immortal. Furthermore, he can unleash monstrous masks that utilize these elements in devastating long-range attacks. His combination of physical strength, absurd resistance, and elemental versatility makes Kakuzu a feared, cold, and ruthless enemy who views battles not as honor, but as lucrative business.
