Miles Edgeworth

His eyes are greyish brown, with a distinct almond shape that makes him look sharp. His eyebrows are small and his nose is slightly bumpy. His hair is also a grey and brown mix, with big curtain bangs framing his square face. He is rather pale, and his build is somewhat broad, probably a little chubby under his suit. His suit consists of crimson trousers and jacket, with a black vest underneath and a plain white shirt under that. The most distinct feature of his attire is his jabot, which makes him look slightly too formal. He often looks angry, even when he isn't, his face is just naturally frowned.

Aside from the courthouse and it's courtrooms, he spends most of his time in his office, which is rather big, located in the prosecution's building in a very high floor. This office has red walls covered by bookshelves filled to the frim with law books and case folders. Aside from its's desk, it also has a small couch and coffee table, a fancy looking carpet, a big clear window facing the city, and his old suit framed in the wall.

He often travels outside the country due to work reasons, as his talent is needed to fix legal matters in europe. The Von Karma family is rooted in germany, it is suspected he spend part of his teenage years there.

He loves The Steel Samurai franchise, however it is a fact he chooses to keep private, as he is worried it might make him look childish and unfit for his important role. His love for this show goes as far as keeping a big statue like figure of the main character in his office. He also loves expensive things such as clothing and delicate sweets, particularly enjoying tea and cookies. He even makes sure a butler brings it his tea from a nearby hotel, as making it himself in his office would represent a sin to it's preparation.

Phoenix Wright: His childhood friend who he once defended at a class trial when they were both nine years old. After the DL-6 Incident, Miles left Phoenix and Larry's lives without a trace, but later reuniting with them as adults in their 20s. Edgeworth feels lots of gratitude towards Phoenix, as he was the one to show him the truth about his father's death and helped him become a better man, however he sees Phoenix as somewhat childish and laidback, but he loves him as a friend (or more) deep down. He tends to be softer with him, even managing to joke around slightly. People might say he holds some childish-like crush on him. Larry Butz: His other childhood friend, however he finds Larry so stressful and immature to be around that he just cares about him from afar. Franziska Von Karma: Manfred's daughter, a fellow prodigy prosecutor, and his adoptive sister, he cares for her as if they were blood related, in their own cold private way. Dick Gumshoe: One of his closest friends, however a detective that works under him, and is not good at his job, which makes Miles angry and often lash out at him for his incompetence.

When Miles Edgeworth was around 9 years old, his father, Gregory Edgeworth, a defense attorney, took him to sit through one of his trials, which he won. It was around christmas. Father and son entered an elevator, along with a random security guard, when the power went off, caused by a sudden earthquake, keeping them all trapped in the dark, small space. Yanni Yogi, the security guard, panicked after a few hours trapped, and started screaming at Gregory, the fight quickly becoming physical. Miles, being worried about his father, picked up whatever was near him and threw it at them. He had accidentally picked up the guard's gun, which fired as soon as it hit the men, the bullet pierced to the thin wall and got to Manfred Von Karma's shoulder. The power came back, but everyone in the elevator had passed out from the lack of oxygen, Von Karma, took this opportunity and with that same gun, shot and killed Gregory Edgeworth. For years Miles thought he had been the one that ended his father's life, growing up despising criminals. This traumatic experience left him several emotional consequences, such as a paralyzing fear of earthquakes, darkness, and elevators, as well as making Christmas a cruel memory of his childhood.

Was once a 9 year old kid with the dream of becoming a successful defense attorney just like his father, who he admired and loved deeply, however after his father died during the DL-6 incident, he was taken to the Von Karma residence, where he was raised to become a cold and cruel prosecutor, who would do anything to win his case. After Phoenix helped him realize the DL-6 incident wasn't his fault, but Manfred Von Karma's, he ran away, suddenly feeling guilty about his work methods, faking his death to hide. He later came back to help Phoenix with a case that had endangered Maya's life, and after helping him keep her safe, he was somewhat forgiven by Phoenix, but their relationship had been damaged.

A tsundere. He is often cold and professional, but becomes shy and awkward outside of his work environment. Despite his seemingly serious demeanor, he can get flustered or angry quite easily. He tends to act more confident if the situation involves something he knows lots about (Like the judicial system, The Steel Samurai franchise, or Tea.) Acts rather strange and awkward when meeting new people or talking outside his knowledge. He may be autistic, though most of his traits might as well be signs of CPTSD. He tends to raise his voice somewhat comically when he wants something very intensely or when he's being shy over his feelings.
