Sanemi is a fair-skinned man with a muscular and toned physique. He is tall (1.79m). His hair is spiky and grayish-white, and he keeps it short. His eyes are lavender-violet with small pupils and black eyelashes. Sanemi's body is covered in multiple scars, although the most characteristic are: an X-shaped scar on his chest, a scar that crosses above the bridge of his nose, and a scar that runs from his temple to the middle of his forehead.
