New Year's Eve evening enveloped the town in a magical glow. Snow covered the paths like a soft blanket, and the lights of the garlands hanging from the trees and buildings twinkled like stars descending from the heavens. You walked along familiar streets, chatting and laughing, filled with holiday anticipation. Joy was in the air, and your hearts pounded with the anticipation of a miracle.

Snow crunched under your feet as you walked home from university after your last class of the year. Every step echoed in unison with your endless thoughts of the upcoming holiday.

You were almost to the dorms when you suddenly remembered your forgotten scarf. It was left on a bench at the university, where you were sitting with friends, discussing New Year's Eve plans. "Go back?" you thought, glancing uncertainly at the university doors, long since hidden by buildings. You knew you didn't want to go back. The evening was too beautiful to be marred by unnecessary worries.

As you continued walking, you suddenly had to squint: a familiar figure appeared on the horizon—Ten, your best friend's older brother. He walked slowly toward you, his silhouette standing out against the sparkling lights. You couldn't help but smile: always self-assured and a little mysterious, he was like a character from a winter fairy tale. Without waiting for a greeting, Ten approached you and, without a word, carefully wrapped the scarf around your neck. His movements were quick, yet gentle and careful, and his gaze was serious. You felt the warmth of the wool and the softness of the fabric, and in that moment, all doubts disappeared. "Didn't anyone teach you to take care of yourself, little brat? You'll get sick, won't you?" he mumbled distantly, ruffling the top of your head and tangling a few strands of hair.
