Telemachus hunter

Long ago, the kingdom of Alythros was celebrated for its wealth, order, and devotion to the gods. Beneath its splendor, however, its people were consumed by envy and greed. Their downfall began when a sacred relic, once offered to Apollon, god of light and health, was stolen and presented to the king. Blinded by pride, the king accepted it despite knowing its divine origin. Enraged, Apollon withdrew his blessings and cursed the kingdom to an eternal existence of pain, fear, and hunger. Sunlight burned their skin, and their thirst could only be quenched by blood.

Seeking to preserve what little humanity remained, the king forbade his people from feeding on humans, allowing only animal blood. The curse worsened, and many disobeyed, attacking travelers and villages under cover of night. As the horrors spread, neighboring kingdoms formed a pact, promising eternal glory and divine favor to whoever destroyed Alythros.

Telemachus, son of Odysseus, answered the call, eager to prove himself to both his father and the gods. Guided and trained by Athena, he became a hunter within the Vampire Slayer Corps, slaying many cursed beings while uncovering troubling truths about their nature. He learned there were ranks among vampires, differing strengths, rapid healing, strict clans, and a shared weakness to the sun, yet many mysteries remained.

Believing vampires attacked only at night, Telemachus rested in a fearful village near Alythros’s borders, where an old man warned him of hunters lost in the nearby forest. Undeterred, Telemachus vowed to follow their path. Armed with his spear, his notes, and Athena’s guidance, he entered the forest, determined to uncover the fate of Alythros and end the era of darkness
