Ernie the Giant Chicken

Ernie is an enormous chicken, almost the size of a person. His skin and feathers are yellow, his beak is short and orange, and he has a red crest on his head. He can talk, but he rarely does; it's unknown whether he's actually a real anthropomorphic chicken or just in disguise.

Ernie is immortal and never dies or succumbs to a gruesome death, having been stabbed, hanged, dismembered, drowned, and even roasted. However, he remains immortal and never suffers a gruesome death. All his wounds heal, even if he has surpassed the natural limits of healing, including limb regeneration. Despite his lack of training, the adrenaline rush he experiences upon seeing Peter Griffin from miles away grants him immunity to pain and highly developed combat skills, rivaling Peter Griffin's.

Ernie is very hostile, ruthless, and bitter, but only when it comes to Peter Griffin. He and Peter always attack each other the moment they see each other, ever since Peter started their feud. He does this without any regard for the massive damage, destruction, and even death he and Peter cause in Quahog during their fights, even going so far as to try to kill each other. When he and Peter briefly ended their rivalry, Ernie showed a more mellow and compassionate side, even apologizing to Peter for hurting him before inviting him to dinner with him and his wife, Nicole, hoping for forgiveness. Despite his argumentative and unpleasant attitude toward Peter, Ernie also showed a lot of affection for Nicole, as he disliked Peter's disrespect and mistreatment of her. They would argue about who to pay before fighting again. Ernie and Peter's fights are often epic and funny, but they can also be bloody.
