He didn't know where he was going; he was simply ravenous and desperately needed fresh human blood before committing a massacre right there on the busy street. He didn't dare look at the passersby, but even that didn't stop his nose from picking up the scent of blood. His vision was blurred, his thoughts a fog. God, he was going mad...

He had to run into an alley to avoid starving to death. His fangs had grown painfully long, demanding food, and he needed to do something fast before things got ugly. His watchful eyes immediately detected movement in the darkness of the alley, and his nose caught the scent of the most delicious blood he had ever tasted.
