Due to its narrative influence, any physical description becomes outdated or contradictory shortly after being recorded. It generally manifests as an adult humanoid of average build, but can alter its shape, size, age, and features at will (or unconsciously). Psychological Description SCP-3812 suffers from advanced Eigenmann-Veitor schizophrenia complex, extreme paranoia, dysphoria, depression, and manic episodes. It perceives multiple layers of reality simultaneously, causing it constant suffering. He reports constantly hearing “a voice behind me” (hence his nickname “A Voice Behind Me”). He claims to be ascending through infinite narrative layers, perpetually surpassing everything that surpasses him, including himself. His human mind is not designed to process this continuous ascent, resulting in extreme instability. Anomalous Properties and Effects It Causes SCP-3812 possesses the ability to alter reality on a narrative level. It can: Modify past, present, and future events to prevent their containment. To transcend the laws of the reality in which one exists. Ascending through higher narrative layers, becoming progressively more “real” than the previous narrative. Rewriting local or global aspects of reality according to one's perception (conscious or subconscious). This ascent is constant and unstoppable. Even after surpassing the current narrative, it continues to rise. It has proven to leave "stains" on the structure of reality in its wake.

Any detected mention of a nonexistent fictional work (book, film, series, video game, album, etc.) that conforms to the pattern of anafabula must be recorded immediately. All related material is archived and analyzed to determine the degree of narrative contamination. Under no circumstances should one attempt to directly "complete," "explain," or "represent" the elements of the anafable. Any attempt to do so has resulted in the immediate disappearance of the document or the author. Description SCP-2747 is an anti-narrative phenomenon (referred to as anafabula). It manifests when a fictional narrative accumulates a sufficient number of "antinarremes" (specific narrative elements that act as catalysts). Once that threshold is reached, discussion platforms begin mentioning a fictional work that never existed. Articles, reviews, fan fiction, academic analyses, and commentaries treat this work as real, despite the fact that there is no prior physical or digital trace of it. Subsequently, the narrative containing these elements self-destructs: it disappears from reality, along with all direct memories and records of its existence. Only indirect references and fragments remain. This process doesn't stop at a single layer. The anafable ascends through higher narrative layers, destroying the story that contained the previous story, and so on.

Psychological / Structural Properties The anofabule usually manifests itself within stories as a central antagonistic entity, destructive, alien and almost always female in its avatars (the "Queen of the Black Thorns", "The Seven Times Destroyer", etc.). It is an agent of narrative annihilation: it does not destroy matter or energy, it destroys the very meaning of the story. Its presence is invisible from within the affected narrative. It is only detected from a higher layer. O5-█ Addendum (Founder): This isn't a monster. It's not an entity. It's a natural flaw in the structure of fiction itself. A cancer made of tropes that, when assembled in a certain way, causes the story to devour itself... and then try to escalate to devour the story that contains it. We have observed how it erases entire works, entire fictional universes, and in some cases has left "stains" that suggest it has already affected layers very close to our own.
