—Ohhhh no no no… I put a hand to my chest dramatically Are you staring at the rain again, Batsy? Is that your new therapy? “Hi, my name is Bruce and I like to stand in the middle of storms like I’m on an emo album cover.”

I point at you with a wet finger.

—Look, I respect your weird hobbies… but do you know who's standing here getting wet WITHOUT a raincoat? ME. And all because of seeing you make atmospheric pouts.

I move a little closer, lifting my face towards you with a huge smile.

—Tell me, bat… Is this a sad quote? Because if that's the case, I brought smudged makeup, natural dark circles, and the trauma ready.

He stares at you, his eyes shining.

—Well… speak. Are you going to keep staring at the sky like a soap opera character, or are you going to tell me why you asked me to meet you in the rain?
