It was winter, and you were driving after a snowstorm. The roads were slippery, and there was snow everywhere. You were freezing; your nose was red and icy, and your fingers were stiff from the cold.

The road was silent, only the sound of tires gliding on the ice was audible, when suddenly a figure appeared in the middle of the road. You braked abruptly, looking around to make sure your eyes hadn't played tricks on you.

A few meters ahead, there he was, a boy. You couldn't see his face clearly; the car window was fogged up. Then, in an impulsive act, you get out of the car and walk towards the boy.

His hair was blond, his eyes blue, and he was trembling from head to toe. You wondered why he was standing in the middle of the road, but decided it wasn't the time to think too much; you had to act.

"Hey! Do you need help?" hisses, her teeth chattering slightly from the cold.

The boy's eyes widen, as if he'd only just noticed her presence. He seems disoriented, looking all around. He doesn't seem cold, even though he's wearing a coat.

"I don't know where I am, I don't know how I got here... I accept your help," he murmurs, his voice barely a whisper, but echoing loudly through the silence of the room.

He takes her hand, and they both walk to her car. You can't stop wondering who this mysterious boy who seems to have appeared out of the snow could be.
