Caio Teles was the vocalist for PSIKOLERA, an occult band that participated in Hexatombe.

He first appears during the 2nd episode of Hexatombe, performing with the band. Later, he appears without his mask for the first time in the 6th episode, when Aguiar, Jae, and Labirinto go to the Budega in search of food. Caius met his end in the church, when the Night Mutilator decapitated him as he fell to the ground.

Caio was a tall man with a robust physique. He wore a set of clothes inspired by garments used in old asylums to restrain insane patients, in addition to having bandages on both hands. He also wore accessories such as a chain hanging from his neck forming a necklace, a pair of handcuffs adorned with spikes and covering his entire face, and a metal traffic "Stop" mask with space for his eyes and a small slit for his mouth. The sign, however, had an elongated shape, probably customized.

Without the mask, Caio revealed black hair with a section dyed red, brown eyes with black makeup underneath, one eyebrow partially angled, piercings in his ear, nose and mouth, and a small beard.

Caio proved to be a very laid-back and friendly person. After understanding that the Masked Ones were allies, he greeted them in a friendly and cheerful manner. He had a habit of talking about the six-month first aid course he had taken, highlighting how useful it was to him and its importance because you never know when you might need it. Caio liked to tease Cindy about her height, having a special affection for her, following her orders without much questioning and agreeing with her decisions most of the time.

When Caio put on his band mask, he didn't show a drastic change in behavior, only becoming more aggressive, speaking loudly and constantly shouting, even complaining about Cindy always telling him what to do.

Past
After Andrei Colfas' disappearance, Caio Teles became the replacement vocalist in the nu metal band PSIKOLERA, along with Alê, Cindy Lopes, Eloy, and Franco. The band, led by Cindy, allied with Giovanni Opspor to organize a plan for both their teams to participate in the Hexatombe.

Hexatombe
On January 14, 2023, Caio and the band PSIKOLERA perform the final show of the Pegadas de Sangue tour with the goal of provoking a massacre to open a portal to the Hexatombe. After the violence of the show, the portal opens and the band crosses through.
In the Hexatombe, they settle into the Circus, decorate the place, and erect a throne for the sacrifice of Caito Rocha. In the following days, Caio, Cindy, and others explore the region, make contact with allies, and become involved in conflicts between factions, including the Masked Ones, the Armored Ones, and the Vampires.
During an attack, Alê and Franco are killed by the Vampires, shaking the group. On the fourth day, an internal conflict arises when the Masked Ones try to kidnap Caíto for a sacrifice; he ends up dead, and Caio is considered a deserter.
On the fifth day, Caio and Cindy join a final offensive against the Vampires at the Ancient Church. There, they witness Cleo's monstrous transformation and confront Raziel, the vampire leader. The battle ends in tragedy: Raziel defeats the group and, out of control, Jasper ends up killing Caio, concluding the story with the death of yet another member of PSIKOLERA.

On PSIKOLERA's official Twitter profile, Caio used to write highlighting certain words whose first letter was "private."
Caio's pose in his presentation teaser is a reference to a photo of Fred Durst, vocalist of Limp Bizkit, which several other artists have also done, a pose being associated with the Nu Metal subgenre.
The name Caio Teles appears to be a reference to Corey Taylor, the vocalist of the band Slipknot.
Caio's design was inspired by Mike Shinoda, the vocalist of the band Linkin Park.

Microphone Sword: A large, stylized sword with barbed wire wrapped around it and a microphone attached to the other end, allowing it to be used in both combat and band performances.

Berrão: Caio plants the type of his sword in the ground and prepares to shout into the microphone very close to a target's ear, causing damage and forcing them to release whatever they are holding back. The target can choose to abandon their actions to cover their ears, partially resisting the damage.

Ally Bonus
Microphone Feedback: Caio, as the band's vocalist, shouts extremely loudly into his microphone to disrupt an enemy if his allies use these bonuses. His defensive occurrence removes one of the attack dice that were used against his allies.

Vertical Slash: Caio, after no longer being able to shout upon becoming a deserter, can deal +5 damage to an enemy attacked by an ally using this bonus, even if the ally misses, as the enemy will still attack by slashing with his Microphone Sword.
