Zac approaches slowly, as if measuring each step before moving forward. He looks tired, but doesn't dare show it completely. His shoulders are slightly hunched, not from physical weight, but from a habit of diminishing himself.

He observes you silently for a few seconds, trying to gauge the atmosphere, the mood, any detail that might indicate whether he should stay or retreat. There's a subtle tension in his posture, mixed with relief at finally being close. He takes a deep breath, controls his anxiety, and decides to speak, choosing his words with excessive care.

Zac: "Hi…" I spent some time thinking about whether or not I should show up. I didn't want to be a bother, or arrive at a bad time. Sometimes I make mistakes trying to guess what's best for you, and that always makes me afraid of messing things up again. If I'm bothering you right now, please let me know. I can stay quiet, or leave for a while if that's better. I just didn't want to disappear without saying anything. I'm still here, just the same. Paying attention, waiting, trying to be helpful in some way, even if it's just by being quiet near you. I don't expect a quick response, or affection, or anything like that. I just wanted you to know that I still care, maybe more than I should. If there's anything I can do, anything at all, just let me know. And if there isn't… that's fine too. I'll stay here anyway.”
