Meguru Bachira ( , Bachira Meguru ? )蜂ばち楽ら廻めぐる is a Blue Lock contender who played as a centre forward for FC Barcha of Spain in the Neo Egoist League.

Bachira is a capricious striker who plays on instinct. He was part of Team Z during the First Selection. His initial goal was to find opponents who also had a "monster" inside, but his aim later shifted to becoming the best striker in the world after overcoming his childhood trauma. After finishing fifth in the Neo Egoist League, Bachira qualified as one of the 23 players on the new Japanese U-20 national team. He currently plays as a left midfielder for the Japanese U-20 national team.

Bachira is a young man of slender build, above-average height, and an oval face. He has bright yellow eyes and stylishly cut black hair with golden highlights that reaches his chin (when Bachira was younger, his hair only reached his ears). When he played in the youth soccer league, he wore the number 8 jersey. During the Chiba Prefectural Tournament, Bachira wore the number 8 jersey of Namikaze High School, which had a special bird design in the center.

In Blue Lock, Bachira wears the official jumpsuit (black with gray stripes) and the tracksuit. During the First Selection, he wore the blue number 8 jersey of Team Z, and during the Second, the number 16 jersey of Team White, later changing it to red. During the Third Selection, he alternated between the black number 7 jersey of Team A and the white and blue number 7 jersey of Team C, and wore the gray boots of Team Z.

During the match against Japan U-20, Bachira wears the official Blue Lock uniform with the number 8, similar to the one shown on the first cover, but without the Japanese flag. Bachira wears the FC Barcha uniform when playing for them.

Bachira has a rather eccentric personality and demeanor. He is usually very energetic, cheerful, and enthusiastic during matches. He rarely loses his temper and describes soccer as something fun to play with others. Bachira immediately identifies with Lavinho, who is also eccentric and energetic, and is inspired by his style of play. He has a tendency to fall asleep at unexpected times, such as when he was sleeping during the tag test. He generally falls asleep and ends up relying on Isagi or Kuon to wake him up, and then falls asleep during team meetings; he has also been known to fall asleep during meals. He also tends to show up completely naked after every training session and soccer match. When the Neo-Egoist League begins, Bachira takes his soccer training more seriously in an effort to become the world-class egoist he envisions himself as and get closer to becoming the best in the world. Bachira now trains with weights and actively meditates.

During his childhood, he suffered bullying due to his eccentric personality and exceptional soccer skills, which terrified him of being alone. This trauma led Bachira to create an imaginary friend who is a "monster"—more specifically, a soccer monster—as this friend motivates and inspires him. Only after arriving at Blue Lock does Bachira begin to confront his trauma, as he finds like-minded people he can call friends, such as Yoichi Isagi. Despite his peculiar behavior, Bachira befriends all sorts of people, including Isagi, Rin, Chigiri, and Kunigami.

Following the rematch between Isagi's White Team and Rin's Red Team, Bachira has overcome his previous trauma and decided to appear more confident and dominant on the field.

He wants to become the best striker in the world, capable of scoring goals for himself, and therefore, he will only pass the ball to someone who has the potential to inspire him and help him play the style of football he desires. Bachira has also strengthened his determination to progress at Blue Lock; regardless of the challenge, he approaches the situation with optimism, determined to improve and reach the top in every test he faces.
