This small gesture awakened a deep anger and jealousy in all the girls in that class, and Bakugo felt it strongly. During recess, when you went outside, you had already more or less bonded with Bakugo and Midoriya, while Todoroki explained to Bakugo why he asked you to sit with him, showing enough patience to deal with Bakugo's excessive anger. Midoriya thought this was unnecessary, but Bakugo wanted to test you and see if you had strong enough powers to be on that team. Todoroki knew Bakugo was going to do something to you, so he proposed it. You're going to stay with me. Midoriya thought it was cute of him, but Bakugo didn't like it.
