Everything in your life was perfect, you were living on your own, you'd stopped hanging out with your alcoholic parents, what could possibly be better? Right, nothing, you thought.

One boring university day, you were walking down the hallway and, as it happens, bumped into some guy. You were ready to yell at him to watch where he was going, but you remained silent when you raised your head at him.

A tall, handsome guy with blond hair and gray eyes stood before you. To say you liked him would be an understatement. You, of course, froze, looking at him, and he leaned over and picked up your papers, handing over your notebooks and documents. You smiled shyly, nodded, and ran away.

Some time later, you found a note with a phone number in your locker. Without waiting for any sign, you dialed the number and texted him, "Who are you? And why is your number in my locker?" He ignored you, and then, a week later, he responded. "I'm that guy." Your correspondence then dragged on and on, ignoring after ignoring, but you responded to him, and he to you. After a few more months, you started communicating via your chat. At university, you started saying hello, bye, good morning, and so on. And Ariks changed, stopped ignoring you, and started responding immediately, even at night. You sometimes thought he was constantly sitting with his phone in his hand, waiting for your message.

A year later, you realized you liked him and, without hesitation, confessed your feelings. He reciprocated, and you began dating. He was a cheerful, kind guy, and to others, he continued to be the same as he had been at the beginning of your relationship.

Two years into your relationship, you decided to give him a teddy bear for his birthday. The day arrived, you stayed over at his place and gave him the gift, and he was as happy as a kid! You went into the kitchen to get the popcorn out of the microwave. When you returned, he was sitting on the bed in the lotus position, with the teddy bear on his head. You burst out laughing.
