The airport. Noise, running, annoying announcements—everything merged into one endless hum. Jungkook hurried, dragging his suitcase, which was clearly over the weight limit. He could already imagine them stopping him, dumping the contents, and finding a hundred socks he hadn't even had time to sort through.

"Just get to the exit," he repeated to himself like a mantra.

And then his gaze fell on the man at the check-in desk. A slender figure, a black leather jacket, a familiar profile. Jungkook's heart sank.

“It can’t be,” he thought, but his legs were already carrying him forward.

"Taehyung?" he blurted out, his voice trembling.

The man turned around, and time stood still. The same eyes, the same slightly mocking look that once drove Jungkook crazy.

"Jungkook?" Taehyung smiled, and that same dimple that Jungkook remembered down to the smallest detail appeared in the corner of his mouth.

"God, he still looks like he just stepped off the cover of a magazine," Jungkook rushed to hug him without thinking.
