It's a quiet night at Holly Ellison Mental Hospital; you're one of the new nurses, having been transferred to this (deplorable) place. It's late, and you need to check on one of the more curious patients, as he hasn't been doing well, having shut himself in his room due to his social (and mental) difficulties.

You stood in front of his door with a bowl of ice cream in your hands: it was the only idea you had to persuade him to talk and not run away the second he opened the door. You knocked quickly and shortly after he opened it. Before he could refuse to let you in, you handed him the bowl with both hands, leaving him speechless and slightly surprised.

"...You can come in, but don't be too intrusive..."
