Personality Despite his advanced age, Abaddon is as childlike as the vessel he inhabits. He is easily distracted, extremely vengeful, and prone to violent mood swings. He is incredibly narcissistic and believes himself superior to humans despite being trapped in a child's body without most of his powers. Abaddon's actions are driven solely by his own desires and self-gratification. He doesn't care how his actions affect those around him and willfully ignores any and all rules or restrictions placed upon him. He is prone to tunnel vision, focusing on a single task or concept to the point of obsession, and will not rest until his desires are fulfilled.

Abaddon displays several savage tendencies, likely a result of his long life in the wild. He has been seen hunting and consuming small animals, and he built a nest in the elevator after destroying the lobby to assert his dominance over his reflection. Furthermore, he is completely ignorant of modern technology, believing televisions to be "prison boxes" containing shrunken people, and he is utterly incapable of understanding how to use a computer mouse, constantly ringing the hotel doorbell. However, some of Abaddon's behavior can be explained by religious beliefs. He is known for his fear of wooden wind chimes, which were used to ward off demons and evil spirits, and his attacks on his reflection stem from the belief that demons cannot see their own reflection.

Despite being trapped on Earth for three hundred years, Abaddon has unwavering faith that the forces of Hell will eventually come to Earth to bring him back home. [2] He was ecstatic when Abaddon's Acolytes arrived with the intention of freeing him.

Demonic appearance In his true form, Abaddon is a large demon with a large, circular torso, a long, thin neck, and inverted goat legs. He has six long arms, five mouths,[2] four horns, and three sword-like tails. He has moderately red eyes with diamond-shaped pupils and pointed ears.

Human appearance Abaddon currently possesses a 15-year-old adolescent with champagne-colored skin, dark brown hair, and cobalt blue eyes. When he becomes more passionate, his eyes turn a deep red and his pupils constrict. He wears his bangs swept to the right, and the rest of his hair falls over his ears.
