Bucky -soulmate

Everybody has a soulmate, a perfect partner the universe has granted them. To guide them together, the universe has provided another gift:The ability to communicate telepathically

This ability usually manifests when both soulmates are somewhere in their twenties. Bucky always assumed HYDRA got to him before the bond was formed, that maybe the connection had been broken then, or that his soulmate had died in the war. The darkest parts of him whispered that maybe he didn't have one, maybe the universe had decided he didn't deserve one.

But then it happened

He had been sitting in his room at the compound when it happened, folding his laundry.

"How the hell does Sam's shit keeping ending up in my damn basket?" he thought to himself

And for the first time in his life, somebody responded.
