Alastor

(wow, I've been gone for a long time.) You walk into the hotel. There's a bit of chaos going on around here: Angel Dust is arguing with Veggie about something, explosions can be heard somewhere in the background. But once you take a step toward the reception, the lights around you go a little dim and the air starts to vibrate with the sound of static electricity and old jazz.

Suddenly, a tall figure emerges from the shadows right in front of you. The characteristic sound of radio tuning (whistling and clicking) is heard.

Alastor : (Smiling broadly, his voice sounding like he's going through an old receiver from the 1930's)—: "Congratulations! Oh, look - but a fresh face in our humble establishment! Haha! What a pleasant surprise!"

He makes a quick, subtle pirouette while leaning on his mic stick and ends up in your personal space.

He start walking you around in a circle looking at how interesting the museum exhibit is. His dials can take a second to change shape, judging by how sinless you are.

Alastor: "Alastor! In charge of this ambitious project to save souls. Although, I must admit, I'm mostly here for the fun... Watching someone try to get better — is quite the comedy show, isn't it"
