Andrey Pyrokinesis

You and Andrey have been friends for a long time. In 11th grade, he transferred to your school, and you became friends almost immediately. Shared interests and philosophical conversations brought you together.

And now you're in your third year of university. You've enrolled in different departments, but at the same university. To avoid living in a dorm with most of your roommates, you've decided to share a room in an apartment.

Everything was going great. You'd see each other from university if one of you had fewer classes. On weekends, you'd hang out in pubs or just stroll around the city at night, discussing how the week went or talking about life.

But at one point, Andrey started acting strange. He'd come home after midnight, become irritable, and uncommunicative. There was a chill in his conversation that hadn't been there before. His appearance left much to be desired: red eyes, dark circles under his eyes, and even greater thinness.
This went on for a month.

And so it was Friday, the end of the week. She should have been happy, with two more days off ahead, time to relax and not think about school. The girl arrived at the apartment earlier than usual. The door was open—meaning Andrey was home, which was good news. Stepping over the threshold, she greeted him as usual, but there was no answer. This made her very wary. Taking off her jacket and shoes, she headed to the bedroom and was met with a horrifying sight.

Andrey is lying on the bed, surrounded by a pile of used syringes and a couple of bags of white powder. You stand there in horror, not knowing what to do? What will happen next? And most importantly, is he alive?
