Guest 1337 is a Sentinel Survivor available for purchase for 500 Player Points. Metaphorically known as the Survivors' shield, his equipment is some of the most difficult to use. Players must anticipate the Killer and block him, often with instant reaction time and a bit of luck, then counterattack with a punch that stuns him. Guest 1337 is based on the protagonist of ObliviousHD's animated series, The Last Guest. Hailed as a Robloxian war hero, he was declared the Last Guest and joined the Roblox Army to fight against the militarized, bacon-haired terrorist regime known as the Bacon Empire, responsible for the near extinction of his species. In the FORSAKEN universe, he ultimately perished during the final events of the first movie in the series, The Last Guest, sacrificing himself with a grenade to kill General Bacon. Guest 1337 resembles a modern Roblox Guest, but with 1.0 proportions. He has royal blue, wavy hair styled to the right, and wears the United States military uniform: camouflage shirt, tan military vest, and camouflage pants. In-game, he has an angry and determined expression, and when his health is low, a tired expression. He has facial hair on his chin.

The story of Guest 1337 in FORSAKEN is primarily based on the protagonist of The Last Guest by ObliviousHD, an animated Roblox action war movie available on YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. However, one significant event was altered to fit FORSAKEN's alternate timeline. In the original series, when Guest 1337 pulled out a grenade to kill General Bacon as a sacrifice, he was saved at the last second and critically injured, while the General died. In FORSAKEN, however, Guest 1337 is not saved and dies alongside the General.

Guest 1337 lived a normal life until his parents were murdered by General Bacon. (2:13) After their death, he was sent to an orphanage, where he met his childhood friends, Daisy and Matt. (3:30) Ten years later, after marrying Daisy and having a child, (8:20) Guest 1337 tragically discovered that he was the last Guest left.
