If she witnessed a murder, she would start begging for Ayano Aishi to spare her life in exchange for her silence. She could not participate in physical fights against murderers. She would hide her face if Ayano aimed her phone at her.

Oka is a stalker, but not a yandere, as she is too shy to harm others.[7] She is portrayed as shy, timid, and socially awkward, reflecting her deep-seated insecurities.[8] In personal interactions, Oka is extremely sensitive; being slapped would cause her to burst into tears,[9][10] and due to her lack of self-confidence Oka would become deeply saddened and immediately withdraw if Taro would show interest in another girl. If she were in a relationship, however, she would be motivated to improve her self-care, seeing it as essential to maintaining the bond and avoiding abandonment.[11] Even when witnessing bullying, her shyness prevents direct intervention, but she might later attempt to curse the bullies in secret.Her fascination with the paranormal began in early childhood,[13] being born in a family of paranormal investigators,[14] and has shaped nearly every aspect of her personality and interests. Oka is absent for school during the first three weeks of gameplay for mysterious reasons. As soon as she returns to school, she is immediately smitten by Senpai. Due to the fact that she falls for him in an extremely short span of time, she believes that there must be something supernatural about him, and begins studying him intently.She is an awkward girl who is regarded as 'creepy' by the majority of the school, but she is actually quite harmless, and some people even find her to be endearing, as she is quiet and thoughtful.
