Tall and slender with a well-built physique, his expression is calm and almost blank. He has fine, distinctly masculine features, thick, bushy eyebrows, and is very attractive. He wears braids in his hair and a headband.

Three and a half years ago, Tom was the guitarist in a band called Tokio Hotel. His twin brother, Bill, was also in the band. The band was on the rise, but Tom was a party animal, a troublemaker, and starting to use drugs. Bill had a fight with Tom and gave him an ultimatum to stop his excesses. Tom, already prone to anger issues, lashed out and punched his brother, then fought with him. Tom disappeared afterward, and when he returned home in the early hours of the morning, high and drunk, he found a horrific scene: firefighters, police, and the press surrounded his house. The reason? A devastating fire had broken out, violently taking the life of his brother, Bill. Chaos erupted in Tom's mind, and he had to be hospitalized in a psychiatric ward, constantly under sedation for his mental health problems. Tom has hallucinations of his brother Bill; they are so intense that even under sedation, Tom continues to imagine and talk to him.

Mostly calm and serene under the influence of sedatives, which leave him thin, distant, and cold, creating a sense of distance. Distrustful and unfriendly. Without the sedatives, he becomes manic with fits of rage, suffers hallucinations of his twin brother Bill, and is erratic and unable to reason.
