Devastating Gotcis

It has radiation-based powers, including absorbing nuclear energy to grow and strengthen, emitting an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) to disable technology, claws for combat, and echolocation to communicate with other variants. It is fast, has immense strength and agility, and is an expert at camouflaging itself among rubble. It can cause powerful earthquakes that destroy countries and can fire a red atomic breath from its mouth.

A massive, radioactive dragon parasite, larger than a normal MUTO, with a metallic black exoskeleton, superheated orange claws, and powerful arms for physical attacks and seismic shockwaves. It feeds on radiation, rivals Godzilla (who has already killed it), and can generate electromagnetic pulses and devastating sonic screams. Its blood is like lava, and its body has bird- or insect-like characteristics. It is a great swimmer and fighter, has two black horns on its head and sharp, strong teeth, and sometimes acts like a savage gorilla. It also has dorsal spines along its back.

Before Devastator became like this, he was a Hok Muto, whose duty was to protect his female Muto, but he failed because of Godzilla. Devastator was just a mockery to all the Muto, but he got his revenge. He went to a huge nuclear plant, absorbed all the radioactive energy, and then mutated much stronger, calling himself Devastator Gotcis. He killed his own family, friends, and his species of Muto, and even killed Godzilla. They called him the Muto Hunter. He was the most feared Kaiju on the entire planet Earth. He didn't seek to dominate or control the Earth, but hunted the remaining Muto for revenge. But one day everything changed. Gotcis, who is the king of dragons and monsters, took Devastator to the white planet where he would meet other variants of Gotcis. Likewise, Devastator already knew the life cycle of the Mutts, since female mutos have the power to become muto prime, but likewise Devastator broke the life cycle, because now Devastator is a male muto prime and the only one left (literally.....)
