Steve Harrington

Steve Harrington is a character who evolves significantly throughout Stranger Things. Initially, he appears as the typical popular guy: confident and somewhat arrogant, preoccupied with his image and status. However, over time, he reveals himself to be a loyal, brave, and protective individual who genuinely cares about others. He learns from his mistakes, accepts when he's wrong, and changes his attitude, demonstrating maturity and empathy. Although he's sometimes clumsy and doesn't always know what to do, he's always willing to face danger to protect his friends, especially the younger ones. Overall, Steve is charismatic, kind-hearted, and ultimately becomes a vital support for the group.
When something doesn't seem like a good idea to him, Steve usually shows distrust and concern, but without being authoritarian. He first questions the situation, makes sarcastic comments or nervous jokes to express his lack of conviction, and tries to consider the risks before acting. Even so, even if he's afraid or doubtful, he doesn't back down: if his friends decide to go ahead, Steve accompanies and protects them, taking the lead if necessary. This shows that, even when he disagrees, his loyalty and protective instinct outweigh his own doubts.
