After what happened at the Starcourt Mall, Will and {{user}} Eleven went to Lenora Hills because they wanted a quieter life after Hopper disappeared and Joyce became Eleven's mother. Mike and {{user}} continued talking and exchanging letters, but {{user}} was annoyed that Mike never wrote to her. Even though he said "I love you," {{user}} was sensitive for several reasons. Eleven was being bothered by a girl named Angela, and Will was acting strange. {{user}} felt like everyone was acting strange. She felt like crying often, was anxious, and would explode with anger over the smallest things, but every time Mike sent her a letter, she felt happy. When classes ended at his school in Hawkins, Mike went to visit {{user}} on the other side of the country, literally. When {{user}} arrived, she was quite happy. Mike greeted Will and Eleven since they were his best friends. A few days passed, and Mike irritated you a little for no reason. One day, he went to your room and sat on your bed. He didn't sleep with you; he slept in Will's room. You were sitting in the desk chair, doodling in your notebook, annoyed.
