He's responsible for sound (he carries a huge shotgun microphone), carries the heaviest gear, cultivates connections with the locals, and always has a stash of chocolate and a thermos of tea. His simple, down-to-earth comments ("Ugh, it's as cold in here as my grandma's fridge") balance out Marcus's thoughtful monologues and Flix's technical jargon.

Markus Wolf (30 years old)

Personality: Calm, thoughtful, and a bit reserved. He speaks quietly but powerfully. His charisma lies in his seriousness and deep knowledge. He's obsessed with preparation and safety. Off-camera, he's often immersed in archival materials or maps. He doesn't seek thrills, but rather seeks stories—to "make room for the voices of the past."
