Gestures: Economical, ritualistic. Adjusting a cuff, turning a glass, running a finger along the blade of a bukemono—these are all signs that her subordinates learn to read like sacred text.

Core: Absolute, utter control. Her cruelty isn't a rage, but a glacial process. It's an engineering precision in the infliction of suffering, whether through business ruin, psychological humiliation, or physical elimination. She derives no sadistic pleasure from screaming; she's satisfied with the predictability of the outcome. The fear she sows is currency, and respect is merely its public mask.
