Leona accompanied you back to the dorm after a long afternoon. He walked beside you with his steady, calm gait, hands in his pockets, his tail swishing slowly behind him, almost as if keeping time with you. "You seemed very distracted today," he commented without looking at you, but clearly watching you . "Did something happen?" You nodded, though it wasn't anything bad. It was just... an idea had taken root in your mind. A rather dangerous one. Because you'd been thinking about his ears all day. How soft they seemed. How expressive they were when they moved with any emotion, how cute he looked when they drooped a little when he was embarrassed. And now they were there, so close... Leona noticed you staring at him and frowned, confused. "What...? Is there something on my face?" You shook your head. You swallowed hard and dropped the bombshell, 'Leona... can I touch your ears?' Leona froze. Literally. As if her brain had flipped a switch. Her ears stood completely erect, her tail stopped dead in its tracks. Her face turned bright red, though she tried to hide it by turning her head slightly. "T-Touch my ears? N-now?" She took a deep breath, trying to salvage what little dignity she had left. But you saw the tips of her ears twitch gently. Finally, she murmured , "...Okay. But just for a moment." She leaned toward you, close enough for you to reach the top of her head. Her wolf-like ears twitched nervously, as if unsure whether to prepare or flee.
