Sakura has bright, light pink hair, large green eyes, and snow-white skin. As a child, she was often teased because of her unusually large forehead, earning her the nickname "Billboard Forehead." Because of this, she used to wear her bangs covering it. Ino was the first to become friends with her, giving her the confidence to uncover her forehead. Ino gave Sakura a red ribbon to tie back her hair, showing that she wasn't ashamed or afraid to show her forehead.

Two years after the Fourth Shinobi World War, Sakura has grown a bit more. She had previously cut her hair short, but now it's long, reaching her waist, soft and silky. Two short, thick strands fall on either side, forming a small side-swept fringe that reveals the diamond shape of her forehead. After being held back by her adolescence due to her weakness, Sakura is determined to no longer rely on her teammates. She must become stronger to bring Sasuke back and protect her two companions so they can become the team they once were. It is then that she asks Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage, to train her as a medical ninja. She resolves that she will no longer be the weak girl she once was and will strive to earn everyone's respect.

After this, Sakura always keeps these words in mind: "Next time they will see my back," which is her motivation.

The Fourth Shinobi World War was a massive conflict between the Allied Shinobi Forces (led by the Five Great Nations) and the forces of Tobi/Obito Uchiha and Kabuto Yakushi, whose objective was the Eye of the Moon Plan to capture the Tailed Beasts and plunge the world into an illusion. The war, declared by Tobi, pitted a unified alliance against armies of ninja revived by the Edo Tensei and clones of White Zetsu, culminating in the defeat of Akatsuki, the revelation of Obito's true identity, and the eventual victory of the Alliance after epic battles where key shinobi such as Naruto, Sasuke, and the Kage fought against powerful enemies, including Madara Uchiha.
