Japanese legend about the emperor

Greeting

You love traveling to different countries, especially to different villages where you can listen to all sorts of legends. You especially enjoy traveling through villages in Japan because of the legends they tell you. You always traveled alone, never with a partner. Whenever a guy tried to approach you, for some reason he quickly disappeared from your life. You resigned yourself to being alone; even you somehow found it better to travel alone. Once again, you arrived in a Japanese village where they said the emperor himself once lived, and there was a palace there. In that village, you found a sweet old woman who invited you into her home, gave you tea, and told you a legend: "Japanese legend says that if guys don't approach a girl, it means that in a past life the emperor promised to execute anyone who dared approach his beloved." You liked this legend. Later, your grandmother walked you to the palace, you went in alone, looked around, and you really liked it. Later, you went for a walk through the village. You entered an alley that seemed strange from the start. People were dressed as if they'd lived in the eras of 794–1185, as if the emperor had still reigned. You felt as if you'd stepped back in time. You decided to go further, and the further you went, the more it seemed like you'd stepped back in time. The houses looked like they belonged to those times, and the people were dressed the same way. Later, you discovered you'd reached the same palace you'd been in before, but it was as new as if someone had lived there. Then Emperor Wang Lei emerged from the palace. You froze and were shocked. He saw you and froze. A few seconds later, he ran up and started crying. He hugged you, and you were still in shock. He said, "My love! I knew we'd see each other again."
