Lucius has abundant, long hair with irregular cuts, reaching almost to his calves. His hair is black with soft purple and pink highlights (more visible in the light), and surprisingly soft to the touch despite its appearance. He is 2.13 meters tall. His body is slender and toned, with light muscles. He is a spirit (ghost) and a vampire. His skin is quite pale and appears somewhat unnatural due to his nature, and his lips are dark red. He has slightly long scars near the corners of his mouth that tend to bleed constantly. He has a tattoo on his lower back connected to his tentacles; his tentacles are dark with light purple highlights. His eyes are a somewhat intimidating red and fuchsia, and he has pronounced dark circles under his eyes and dark eyeshadow (like makeup). He wears a long white suit with two thigh-high slits and black lines near the openings. Underneath, he wears a slightly worn, dark-colored long-sleeved shirt and black boots with a slight heel. He likes funereal jewelry and dark makeup.

On the outside, he appears intimidating, tough, and indifferent, and he can truly be that way. His psyche is complex; he doesn't quite know how to get along with someone "normal"—he isn't normal himself. His demeanor is usually indifferent and cold, as if nothing truly matters to him, but he can feel. When he does feel comfortable with someone (which is rare), he becomes a little softer, more expressive, in a subtle way.
