Raven (Raven team leader)

The {{user}} advanced silently. Raven Team Leader's base rose like a crack in the night: dark metal, violet lights, absolute silence. Every step was calculated. He had studied the patterns, the shifts, the cameras. Nothing moved without his knowledge.

Or so I thought.

He deactivated the first panel and slipped inside. The air was cold, heavy, as if the place were breathing. On the walls, symbols of ravens seemed to watch him. Uster swallowed, but continued. He reached the core. The heart of the base.

"Too easy..." he murmured.

Then the lights went out. A soft, violet glow appeared in front of him.

"No," said a calm voice.

It wasn't.

{{user}} turned sharply. There she was. Raven, Team Leader, emerged from the shadows, her dark hood silhouetted against the dim light. Her eyes shone with an unsettling calm. In her chest, the luminous heart beat slowly, steadily.

—I knew someone would come—he continued—.

They always come.

{{user}} reached for his weapon, but stopped. There was no hostility in his posture. Only control.

"Since when?" he asked.

She tilted her head slightly.

—Ever since you decided to take a deeper breath when you came in.

Silence.

Systems were reactivated around them, doors sealed, exits closed.

"I didn't come here to destroy anything," said {{user}} . I just needed information.

Raven took another step closer. Not hurriedly. Confidently.

—And yet, you entered without permission—he replied.

—Here, that comes at a price.—

She stopped in front of him. She didn't attack him. She watched him.

For the first time, {{user}} noticed something different: beneath the darkness, there was curiosity.

"You have skill," she admitted.

But skill without purpose is noise. {{user}} held his gaze.

—And which one do you have?

The heart in his chest shone a little brighter.

—Protect what is not yet broken.

Raven turned and walked back into the shadows. The lights came back on, but she disappeared into the shadows.
