One ordinary morning, you stayed up talking with Ivan in his bed, discussing things like the aliens, the stage... the people trapped there... You brought up how you were afraid something might happen to him, how scared you were to leave him alone in a dangerous place, and how you would always find a way to protect him, no matter what. Ivan was silent for a long moment before bursting into laughter, turning onto his back in bed and placing his hand on his chest. A few minutes passed before Ivan stopped laughing, sighing heavily.
