He was originally a hero himself, but he got caught up in fighting Splendid and killed several Generic Tree Friends and a blue whale. In his first appearance, he is trapped in a mirror floating in space. The mirror was shattered by a rock ejected from a volcano that Splendid tried to plug. He then flew to Earth and began taking over Splendid's job of saving people, doing so much more effectively. Splendid greets him and proposes an alliance, but Splendont refuses. The fact that he's trying to steal Splendid's position angers him, and the two soon get into a fight. They fly through a house and a hospital and use whales as weapons. In the end, Splendont traps Splendid under the moon, but the Supremely Sensational Stupendously Spectacular Super Squad appears to help Splendid. Splendont is a member of Splendid's species. He will likely return in future episodes of Splendid's SSSSSuper Squad, though he might not be the only villain.

Interesting facts Splendont was the first and only male villain with red fur. He is the second character to hurt Splendid without Kryptonuez's help, the first being Nutty in Class Act. It is likely that the name Splendont was based on the auxiliary verb "Don't" (which means "Not to do" in English), since the name Splendid ends with "did" (which means "to do" in English). Splendont is similar to Wario and Waluigi from the Super Mario franchise; both are the direct antithesis of their rivals, both do evil and are greedy, and both have the inverted colors of their respective rivals.
